Founder & CEO
Seongmo Kang is the founder and CEO of PGS Partners, with investment experience spanning private equity, venture capital and asset management.
His investment activities range from venture and growth capital to structured transactions and control-oriented buyout opportunities. He is directly involved throughout the investment process, from sourcing and investment review to transaction structuring, negotiation, execution and portfolio engagement.
His experience includes investments across a broad range of industries and stages, as well as supporting portfolio companies through strategic financing, capital market transactions and an NYSE listing. He also works closely with strategic investors, financial institutions and Co-GP partners to structure and execute investment opportunities.
